Tongfu Biomass Pellet Mill Features and Charactors
1. Biomass Pellet Mill is widely used for pelletizing all kinds of biomass particles, such as wood sawdust, straw, rice husk and coffee husk etc.
2. The main drive adopts the high accuracy gear driving, so the output is 20% more than the belt drive.
3. Wood pellety making machine uses the imported high quality bearings, oil seal to make sure the high-efficiency, stable performance and low noisy of the whole machine.
4. The feeder uses variable-frequency and variable-speed motor to make sure the good quality of the pellet.
5. Advanced world standard compensatory S-shaped coupling with the structure of novel, compact, safe, low-noisy and low fault.
6. Feeder, conditioner and chute are made of stainless steel with long service life.
7. It is with magnet and over load protection system, which can protect machine well during production
8. We have different bore diameter of the ring dies for your choice. And the feeder is with a variable speed controlled to meet different outputs requirements.
9. We have oversized conditioner and jacked conditioner for choosing to enhance the effect of the pellet condition.

1. Feeding Motor: Feeding motor helps raw materials delivered into the screw feeder.
2. Gear Box: Main machine gear box is main part of the pellet machine and driving the whole machines working system.
3. Ring Die Cover and Force Feeding System: The ring die cover protect the ring die and also oil adding and cooling system on the cover. the force feeder received the material powder and forceed it into the machine because of machine type.
4. Ring Die: The ring die is changed easily by a lifter.
5. Rollers: The rollers materials high pressure alloy steel and stable working performance.
6. Main Motor: China famous motor and if needed, we can also installed Siemens motor customized.
